How can I tell where my download file is being saved?

This answer assumes that you are using Microsoft Internet Explorer as your Web browser.
When you click on the file that you want to download from the CD MegaManager Web site, a dialog box will come up that asks you if you want to "Open" the file, "Save" the file, and another option to "Cancel" the download. Click on the "Save" option.  This will open a "Save" window where you can specifiy where you want the downloaded file to be saved.  Make a note of where you saved the file to be used in the installation process.
